Al-Anon

Al‑Anon is a mutual support program for people whose lives have been affected by someone else’s drinking. By sharing common experiences and applying the Al-Anon principles, families and friends of alcoholics can bring positive changes to their individual situations, whether or not the alcoholic admits the existence of a drinking problem or seeks help.

The Wednesday Study/Discussion Group meets each Wednesday afternoon. The Wednesday noon group is reflecting on Backpacking with the Saints, by Belden Lane. Tom Cashman will facilitate, and each discussion will last one hour.

This intimate, meditative liturgy begins with the Episcopal evening office (Evening Prayer) and continues with communion. We gather in the sanctuary (altar area) of the church for this half-hour liturgy. A half-hour of silent meditation begins before vesper mass at 5:30 pm.
